Payment made online for Indane LPG connection, cancelled but not refunded

I have applied online for new LPG connection and made payment on 30.04.16 to Indane SBI e PAy on their website through credit card. Latter the application has been cancelled by the distributor as we are not agreed to take accesseries. But amount paid towards deposit not refunded since last 3 month.
