dear sir I booked my luggage by agarwal packers and movers ltd. from aligarh to asansol on 06-06-2016. it was assured that luggage will reach to asansol within ten days. but it delivered on 29-06-2016. due delay in delivery and mishandling my kitchen crockery, wooden furniture, bike, electronic items damaged.now company is paying a meager amount i.e. 6500.00 while the losses are very high. kindly settle my issue.
