Myntra.com return has been put on hold

I have purchased a trouser from Myntra.Com I had ordered the same for someone else, who was not in town for last some days and I mate him yesterday evening and handed over the item. When he opened the same, found the item is used and damaged (Please find the attachment), and I had requested for return for the same. Myntra.Com pickup staff Somnath Dolui (Ph. 8961441151) came for pickup and checked the issue and advised to send a mail to Myntra.Com with the Picture to get return approval from Myntra.Com i already had mailed to 'Myntra Customer Service' (support@myntra.com) but not yet received any return and refund approval from Myntra.Com So, please look into this matter
