Micomax Speaker &Charger faulty adopter got defected service center at Pakurtala More, Siliguri

Hello,
I had purchased a Micromax X715 on 29.04.2015. Within 3 months the handset's speaker& charging adopter got defected & we approached to nearby service center. At first they said, currently we don't have any speaker & will get back to you once it is available to us. Later they informed me to visit service center & replaced the speaker. I checked in front of them & found the new speaker also in defective condition. Now the CRE Mr.Joygopal Das Gupta told me to submit the handset at their service center at Pakurtala More, Siliguri. After 7 days, they are unable to resolve the issue & even started to disconnect my phone call. Now we have taken back the handset & no solution provided from their end. From outside the market we need atleast 750/- to replace the speaker & buy new charging adapter & already 500/- spent in traveling as we stay 75 km away from service center. Looking forward for a quick resolution
