    Dear sir,
    I made a payment of rs 824.34 through netbanking union bank of india favoring HP gas agency darbhanga on 1st Jan 2018 but vendor said to me that the payment has not been received by him. My transaction id is s1296067
    The amount has been debited to my bank ac 502402070001818 but amount is not credited to vendor. Therefore gas subsidy amount is not credited in my bank ac till date. Kindly do the needful for it.

    Agency email I'd is rjbhawani@gmail.com and mobile no of manager is 9472251454.according to him amount not credited in agency account therefore subsidy is not credited in my account.. Kindly see this matter at your end .
