Poor quality trouser purchased a trouser from Brooks Brothers Store in Hyderabad

I the undersigned purchased a trouser from Brooks Brothers Store in Hyderabad on 12th June 2016. The trouser was worth INR 16000 (approx).
After the first cycle of dry cleaning the fabric of the trouser was completely worn out and it lost all it's sheen and shine.
Upon returning the trouser back to the store, they assured me to get it tested at their lab to confirm that it was dry cleaned and asked me to wait for one day to which I promptly agreed.
Now even after one week they have not contacted me back and refuse to exchange the trouser and also refund the money.
Pls help/
