CDMA postpaid customer to Reliance Communications Hyderabad cheating

I was a CDMA postpaid customer to Reliance since more than 2 years. Recently they offered 4G since CDMA getting closed (by the time they offered 4G sim). I took the sim and inserted in my 4G (SIM 2 slot). Initially the store in A S Rao Nagar (Hyd) told that some issues in network as upgrading from 2G to 4G. Since more than 30 days no incoming or outgoing. I went to store again. They now said you change to SIM 1 slot as Reliance doesn't work on SIM 2 slot. After changing it started working (wondered why they didn't tell the customers in the first place). After that it was still showing that 2G data not 4G as they said. The store suggested to go to Secunderabad to upgrade 4G sim to 4G data sim. This is really funny. But when I argued they asked me to call Customer care. CC said no issues in the SIM, you have to upgrade to 4G plans and we will refund the last paid bill. Also said some person will call in 2 days to convert to 4G plans. Since more than 4 days no calls came. When I called customer care some funny guy named Venkatesh telling no such info mentioned that we have to call, als no issue since two months in the network, you find how to change etc.. He is telling we need not refund since no issue in the network. This is deliberate cheating by Reliance or RComm is paying such guys to cheat customers. My exp is RCom Stores, CC, Network all sucking. Please away from them. My phone 9393012455
