Refund of TDR from IRCTC INDIAN RAILWAYS CONSUMER COMPLAIN

Dear Madam/ Sir, I had cancelled an e- ticket of INDIAN RAILWAYS which was taken online from IRCTC and raised TDR process on 18.10.2015 before the train departure.
Pnr no.6747332165, Date of Journey 18.10.2015 for 3 passengers but seats were not confirmed and remained in RAC. So I cancelled as per IRCTC rule and submitted TDR. We had taken another E ticket for 21 Oct 15 in another train and traveled. Till now 8 months passed, I did not get my refund. In the TDR process it mentioned- TDR Repudiate. kindly look into the matter. I have uploaded the TDR copy from IRCTC.
