ACT FIBERNET's customer service is awful complain

These are my ticket numbers - 10122066517, 10122064129, 10122197927, 10122097018 and 10122040481
And after all these complains also my problem isn't resolved. I have made over 20 calls to the customer care and the executives - but nothing helps.

    I am Devesh Sharma, facing regular internet connectivity issues. When I raise a complain with customer care, even after 24 hours they do not respond. They close the case as resolved without taking any action and without confirmation from customers. The technician talks very rudely and as A customer I have been insulted every time. Either provide good services or close the connection and refund our money. Ticket number 10122779312.

    Hi Sir,

    I have made payment for new connection for ACT broadband location Whitefield Bangalore. I have paid amount in advance as their executive asked on 30 jun2018 and connection has be made by 2 of Jul2018 but still coonectin not done yet. When I call there coustomer every time they say it will be done in 24 hr o have taken your complain n all. Now I don't want to take i need my refund but they are not ready to refund amount
