WE GOT A NEW BATTERY FOR OUR KENT WATER PURIFIER FITTED BY THEIR TECHNICIAN. AFTER APPROX. 500LITRES OF WATER PURIFICATION THE WATER IS NOT GETTING PURIFIED .
CUSTOMER CARE IS NOT OBLIGING TO THIS. HOW CAN A KENT BATTERY PURIFY ONLY 500 LITERS WATER AND CHARGE IS RS.2000.
