Complaint against Jio Long delay in sim card activation

I am working in an MNC at Hyderabad. Jio executives visited my company and provided Jio sims to all who has Jio sim coupon and valid identity proof. I have submitted my aadhaar card copy and Jio executives took my finger prints for e-KYC verification. The e-KYC verification was success and i was provided Jio sim on 9-Sep-2016. My Jio number is 7013096938.
Till today, the Jio sim is not activated. I tried to reach Jio customer care number for 14-16 times till today. Every time i call them, i just wait for 15-20 minutes and at the end, i drop off the call since there will be no response from Jio customer care side. Till today, I dropped emails to Jio customer care mentioning my issue 7 times. Every time i get the common reply saying, "Dear Customer,
We have been receiving overwhelming response to our Jio Preview Offer. Hence there may be some delay in responding to your query.
However if you want to know more about the Jio Preview Offer, please visit our website www.jio.com.

We thank you for your patience.".
Now, I am totally directionless in whom i have to approach regarding my sim activation. And on other side, Reliance is providing sims irrespective of addressing these kind of issues.
