I ordered a mobile phone Nokia 1110i through SHOPCLUES dated 05/9/2016, order number 98301801. I got a defective piece, I requested for replacement, but till today no update on the replacement. Today I got an email asking me to visit service center , why should I visit to service center, where I have got a defective piece, I need a replacement or refund my money back. This is pure cheating from Shopclues. Please look into it and take appropriate action regarding the same.
