Hero Moto Corp Unable to repair my Motorcycle at showroom at Bahadurpura Prestige Hero

Respected Sir / Madam,

I had purchased a Motorcycle, White Karizma ZMR, from Hero Moto Corp in September 2014. I have completed all free and paid services from the Company and the bike is under 5 years company warranty. Since the past 5 months my bike has developed some problems. I have given the bike to the showroom at Bahadurpura Prestige Hero 5 times to check the problem. They kept my bike for many days and returned the bike without being able to fix the problem. Then i gave the motorcycle to Dealwel Hero showroom at nampally and they kept my bike for 15 days and returned the bike without being able to fix the problem. I have given them enough opportunities to fix the problem but it looks like they do not have the capability to fix it. I want them to either fix the problem or replace the motorcycle. Please help.
