Service Termination, multiple times to cancel my One Assist service

Hi Sir,

Despite requesting multiple times to cancel my One Assist service, I'm still getting emails informing me that the service will be AUTO-RENEWED but I do not wish to renew it.

I have given multiple calls to the customer care who told me that the cancellation service team will call me in 48 hours. It has been weeks now and I'm yet to receive the call.

Back in January 2017, I did the same exercise and when I got the call, the executive said that they will cancel the service in June just before the subscription gets renewed.

My subscription is due Auto-Renewal on June 2, 2017. I do not wish to continue the service.
The service request number is [SR Number:2008893].
