Message regarding the delivery of LPG Cylender has been received on my mobile 15-05-2017 at 13.12 hrs. But the delivery boys came in the morning when we were out. As soon as we came back home, the message came and we waited till the evening for the cylinder but no body came. today 16th I got a message stating that the door was locked. we were very well at home after the message. The very purpose of the message itself is defeated due to the fact that the message is deliberately delayed and the Cylender is misused.
