I ordered a Watch from snapdeal when I received it it's look was different from what visible on the website like the color and the overall appearance so asked then to take it back and snapdeal asked me to send the pics which I send them and the asked to pickup the watch and pickup got done .
Now they are saying that in Quality Check it has failed saying it is the same watch and denying to give my money back , it's so frustrating as a customer if I am finding it different look wise or I am not liking it for that matter won't you take it back and refund my money ,also I send them the images why they didn't ask then , are they doing timepass , it's so customer unfriendly policy , and now they are saying we are sending this back to you and also I have said that I will not receive it.
I don't want this watch as look wise it's not worth 2000 Rs and I have paid 10000 Rs for it .
As a customer I have right to return the item if I am not liking it within the time period company accept , which I did then why they are not returning my money back , if my money is not returned I will go to consumer court.
