Made a complaint of my A.C to Satish Cool Care Services, Not providing services

That I have made a complaint of my A.C to Satish Cool Care Services in which nobody will bother as the AC is under warranty . That I have words with Mr Satish and he suggested his staff to stop receiving my calls and by saying that engineer will visit you and will take the AC to refill the Gas but then start ignoring my telephone calls, As I am a professional Lawyer who obviously had to attend the court but then also he don't care and saying that tomorrow we will sending someone to take the AC and then I tried his number for the whole day but he use to disconnect that everytime in order to avoid my telephone calls and when I tried from other number as soon as he heard my voice again put my number on hold and then disconnected afterward.
It is pertinent to mention here that the AC service providers are only giving services to those who came out of warranty in order to earn but not those customers who are under warranty as they will not earn but this behaviour is Intolerable and will not be accepted. Kindly take action against Satish as it is the duty of VOLTAS only to take care there customers and will see who is capable of giving proper services to there customers otherwise not only me but other also will not ever buy your products just because of poor services.....
One purchase the AC in order to take benefit for the same as I spent ₹25.000/- for that AC and in return is being harrsing from your end.. Kindly look into the matter and resolve my query.
