Dear Sir/Madam

I would like to bring to your notice that I had seen an ad on Sony TV about 'Sweat Slim Belt' for weight loss. The same product was delivered to me on Sunday 7 May, 2017 and I paid INR 1700/- for the belt with which I got one free. The same belt I wore the next day and it tore off. I called the customer care number 09029000011 and spoke to one Mr AK Tripathi and he assured me a replacement by May 30, 2017. I waited till the given date but no one responded and when I started calling them, they have never responded/picked my call.

I contacted them through my second number which is not on their list, they immediately responded and this customer care person gave me a complaint number: 29000044 but they say that the number does not exist.

this is the height of cheating anyone and playing games by not answering phone calls and not delivering my defected item (slim belt).

I request you to please look into this matter and help me.
