Defect in wood work done in FLAT no SA 036 Essentia Bhiwadi

I hired interior trends for wood and iron door work, The work done by the firm “Interior Trends” in my Flat SA 036 Essentia Bhiwadi is defective and poor in quality. The work also damaged both AC electric power plugs and without my knowledge one of the AC board cut off from main supply which can very hazardous to human life.
Despite several reminders over phone and SMS the work is still pending and every time I called up or sent an SMS only assurance is given. Even after personal meetups at my flat SA036 essentia bhiwadi the work is still pending.
Due to the damages and poor quality I am unable to rent out my premises which result in monetary as well as mental stress.
Therefore I demand refund of my payment and repair of all the damages and wood work done.
I have already made the payment of Rs 97000 out of total 100000 and the details are as under:

The details of damages:
1. Both AC power plugs damaged.
2. The white ply inside the woodwork broken and of poor quality.
3. Outer ply from wood board start disintegrating from the surface.
4. Outer ply broken several places.
5. Finishing of the work is very poor.
6. Iron Gate mosquito net is of poor quality and damaged.
