PAYTM cheat with us ordered Lenovo laptop

I ordered Lenovo laptop on paytm dated 19th march 2016 my order id is 1612040392 item Lenovo g50-80 (80E502Q6IH)
but paytm send me wrong product again my order also they cheat with me they send me invoice ordered product but in sight I receive lenovo laptop G50-80 (80E502Q8IH) this is low price laptop
i send request paytm 10 time to pickup courier but they not pickup courier and not given response from last few days
so please help me
