I am Akash Jain from Anjani Nagar, Airport road, Indore (MP). I have buy a stair (aluminium stair) from Fakhary aluminium and hardware shop at Jawaharmarg in Indore (MP). At the time of selling shop keeper asked its a very good stair and will run lifelong and promise to replace it if getting any issue in a year. I am getting the problem with the stair before a year (One Year Guarantee), so, I made a complaint about the same. Initially he excuses to replace it, but, after discussing he is ready to replace it and asked me to bring stair and keep its bill himself. Now I go to replace stair; again he started excuses. Please help me to replace a damaged stair.
