Sir by mistake I have press OPT OUT option in bharat gas mobile app because I am not know what is the meaning of this option and this regarding I have call customer care 22nd May . he tell me submit your aadhar card at your agency then we will restart your subsidy and I am submit my aadhar but he is not restart till date and I am 4 to 5 time call on customer care but every time he is tell me your problem is in process not getting satisfy answer then I have again call on 19th June costumer care he tell me your subsidy has closed for 1 year he tell me according to our officers your problem has solve but I have not received any call his side then how can without my information he has stop my subsidy. Sir I am submit document on writing then why he can closed my subsidy. I have all the proof on writing and recording . Please help me sir .
