Naman chandrayan, Property deposit taken but not returned back.

This person( naman chandrayan) was found on olx and stated himself as property broker. In order to book a flat on rent in advance he took a token of rs.3000 from me and confirmed it to be refundable if till he doesn't show me that property. Neither did he showed me the property nor he refunded me back with 3000.
