Dear team ,
I order combo of 4 new fashion slim Denim shirts for men online from book mypacket.com when I received my parcel there was no denim shirts and I got very poor quality fabric shirts so I called company for refund so they asked me to wait for 15 days as per policy but till now they are not refunding my money.whenever I am calling to there customer care no-9599796516 they are asking for time that's all.i want to raise an official complaint against this company for this fraud.
