I purchased Symphony Air Cooler of Rs. 9600/- from Flipkart, i used it for 6 days but it has quality issue. engineer from flipkart also recognized the worst quality of product and return has been accepted by flip kart on dated 16/04/2018 but pickup service has denied to take product return due to non availability of mere packing material of cooler. i want to purchase other cooler but due to non return by flipkart i am very upset.
