Hi. I bought a school bag for my daughter from "Bags & more" shop near saket , indore. I was promised that the bag will be replaced or repaired under warranty. The bag developed a defect on the second day. Upon which we submitted the defective bag along with the warranty card and we were promised a replacement after 1 week.
Later they refused saying that the bag was unrepairable and were offering a replacement bag which is not very likable and unattractive and cheaper than the bag I bought in the first place.
The behavior of the shop manager changed quickly and refused any refunds upon not fulfilling the warranty terms.He ended the conversation with me by saying that he is doing a great service by even providing warranty and i can either take what they are giving orelse forget about refund or same bag. Moreover he also refused to return the original bill and warranty. I am uploading the slip provided by the shopkeeper.
