Hi,Am Preeti from Hyderabad,India.
I ordered Apple airpods during the Big billion Days Sale from Flipkart.
Order id is OD116667941777559000
I received my package on Oct 4th but there were no airpods in it.Since then I have been contacting Flipkart daily to help me either by cancelling the order and refund the amouny or send me the replacement but Flipkart is just wasting my time by making me wait and rejecting the request .
its very clear that either someone from Flipkart of the seller partner has stole it.
I am tired of speaking to them everyday.I dont seem to get any help from them .
They said they are looking into the issue but today I received a message that seller has rejected the replacement request again.
there is no transparency as to what is being done and on what basis rejection is happening. .Its been 10 days and there is no response from Flipkart.
Flipkart sent me a mail on oct1st asking me to provide consent for to file FIR,I gave my written consent immediatly but after that there is response or proof from Flipkart that FIR is raised or if any investigation is happeneing.
Whatever it is ,it is the problem Flipkart has to deal why should customer suffer for their fraud service
I called and raised a return request again. It is my hard earned money .Am put through lot of mental trauma because I cant aford to loose such huge amount of money.This was my first apple purchase,I bought it with lot of emotion and heart and my hard earned money.
Some of my friends who ordered the same product received it but got defective products.
Flipkart amd its seller partner are openly doing fraud.Please its my sincere request if you can help me out as am out of options to request help!
