I had purchased Redmi 2 prime from Flipkart after using few days I got know that product is having lot of Hardware issues, like mic malfuction and Heating issues. Immediately I requested for Replacement but Flipkart rejected my request suggesting few unnecessary troubleshooting which didn't helped to resolve deficiency in product.
