Corrier not dilever yet, one of my important document sent from Baddi to Indore through professional

Dear team, one of my important document sent from Baddi to Indore through professional corriers network Ltd on 26.09.2018. and the corrier reached at their Indore branch on 29.09.2018. when I contacted to Indore branch on 01.10.2018 for the corrier not delivered yet then they sad that corrier was not delivered due to door lock reason while this is the not exact reason as the person was 24 hours available at mentioned address's on the corrier. They also said that corrier will be delivered toady I.e. 01.10.2018. when the corrier was not delivered on 01.10.2018 then I contacted again on 03.10.2018. then they said that delivery boy has returned the corrier today at branch and it will be delivered after 3 or 4 days. When I asked to the contacted person that why it will take 3 to 4 days to deliver while it is already take so much days then she replied that our delivery boy not come daily, he come after 3 or 4 days. When I said to her that its my important and urgent document please delivery today then she did not replied me justified answer. I am very unhappy with service. Still they have not deliver my document. For your reference please find the attachment. I am hoping a positive response with you.
