Hi Team,

I have send phone for repair Via Ecom Courier which Apps you need team sent on 30 Nov'16 and submit to them because the screen got damaged.
Complaint # D26523624925, I complaint so many times at them portal but they never revert.

Customer care executive told, you will receive phone with 20 days.
when 20 days passed, they it will take 20 working days.

one day, I got massage it will resolve till 4 jan but I didn't get my phone till 6th jan.

7th jan'17, I saw they mentioned in their portal phone has been delivered on 7th.Howevere,I didn't receive that phone.

I called one no. which was showing in their portal they said "sorry sir, this no.is only for doc. if you have any query please write on complaint box"

I wrote too many times.
I got massage on 13 from apps you need "we will dispatch your mobile within 3 to 4 working days.

I am totally fad up with this company.

can you please take the legal action on these kind of Insurance Companies. Thanks
