medicine not delivered at right address

i had to send the medicine of sister-in -laws baby suffering from heart abnormality, who stays at DAUND, Pune. On dot service accepted the medicine for despatch and assured, it will reach in 2 days. After 3 days i enquired about it but they did not respond to my call.Same day in the evening my sister-in -law called me saying that she got call from pune service centre of on dot courier to collect the medicine from pune as they do not have service to daund. Then why did they accept it? That medicine is required very urgently. All there customer care numbers are not replying or are temporarily switched off. Even their head office number is not valid.
On Dot courier are cheaters. They have many service complaints like this.They are fraud. I sent mecine from their branch at Kailash esplanade Ghatkopar west, Mumbai 86.
