Complaint regrading Big Basket which delivered expired milk n less potato

We had ordered fruits n vegetables and milk by invoice noBMI-15926743-250916 dt 25-9-2016 n good where delivered on 27-9-2016 at slot time between 5.00pm n 7.30 pm..

Too our surprise we foung out that potato which we ordered for 8 kgs recevid only 4 kgs n fresh milk which we ordered 3litres had a date of 26/9/2016.. This we pointed out to the delivery fellow which he said no potato is 8 kg n that milk date which printed is mfg date.. After he went we called up the customer care n pointed out the same think he said somebody will get back to me,,But as no one called we put up the matter on social media Twitter Account of bigbasket ,, that day on 27.9.2016 no one responded..Next day when we drank cold milk within few minutes we vomited we immediately contacted big basket on twitter after few hours a lady called up n said fine we will refund the amount of 4 kgs less potato n the amount of milk but this was not accepted by me for they where not ready to accept that milk delivered to us was expired..(This we confirmed with the Gowardhan milk company at sion and they confirmed that the date printed on packet is the date of expired milk) When we pointed again to big basket they asked can a team come at our place to talk, they fixed up a time at 6.00pm in evening on 28-9-2016 and to our surprise no team arrived just a deliveryboy to collect the expired milk.. This was really humilatating when we again approached Big Basket on twitter they did not respond just one line was sent we r looking in matter and will get back to u asap..

Till date no response from BigBasket as they r taking customers very lightly . Wish you can persuae this matter for sending expired product and not accepting it..

we do have the original bill copy n milk pouch if required we can show it to u..
