Complaint regrading Water filter aquagaurd genius service are very bad

Hi,
My self lala seth and i have purchased Aquagaurd genius on november 2015.within
1 year it has been repaired 4-5 times. But query is that when i talk to executive they just launch a complaint and give a satisfaction that they will visit within 2 working days. Since i have complained many times i have to follow up them daily
as it is like a government work.Coming to the point my 5th time complaint i have launched on 20/9/2016,complaint no. is 89289806
and i have continously following up since 20/9/16 to till date my aquagaurd genius water filter has been stopped from 19/9/16 to till date they have given me the mobile number of senior engineer Mr. Manohar parmar - 7045830864, but not reachable and no response.Their service and product is totally duplicate and making fool to the customer i give 0 star for this product and stop the manufacturing of this product executive just launch a complaint and do their formalities that's it and customer wait for their visit.
Take proper action against them and iam still in a continous contact.
Replace this product as it is repaired 4-5 times in 1 year and finally it is stopped
there is no electricity fluctuation and there is invertor backup.
