Complaint against hero motocorp have sold me a faulty bike HERO SPLENDOR ISMART

i bought a bike HERO SPLENDER ISMART on 12th january 2016 on finance from berar finance.
hero company have sold me a faulty bike in last 8 months i have experience many problems in my bike


first incident:

first time the bike suffered a problem of engine coil failure when i was about 30-40 km away from home and it was a stormy evening when the bike engine shunted. i kept on kicking but no use so by pushing i have taken my bike to the nearest hero showroom Wadegaon dist akola they checked it but could not resolverd my issue instead of that they asked me to take the bike to the showroom from where it is purchased, i have purchased the bike from durgashree hero showroom shegaon dist buldana. so from there i have taken the bike in an auto to shegaon in the night i reached shegaon by 3.00 am totally exausted by that, the auto driver charged me 1000 rs to deliver the bike in night. Next day i went to showroom to deposit the bike for service and after 2 days they have given me my bike back, they changed the part and it covered in warranty , at that time i have told them that i will make a complaint if this incident happens next time. and now the incident happened

Second incident;
as the first incident 2nd time it happened with my brother he was nearby nandura and was riding the the bike and suddenly the bike's engine stopped he somehow controlled the bike with the help of clutch and break but when he stoppesd the bike it was not starting he tried many time but failed to do so.

so he called me up i asked him to get the bike to shegaon the same way he get the bike to shegaon to the showroom for service and they have done the service, now the real part is they showroom people are saying that the part they have changed it did not came under warranty. so that is why i am making this complaint

I HAVE EXPERIENCE PROBLEMS MANY TIME AND NOW I AM SCARED IF THIS INCIDENT REPEATED IT COULD TAKE MY LIFE .

SO I WANTED A HEAVY COMPENSATION FOR THAT OR WANTED A BIKE REPLACEMENT WITH ZERO DEFECT AND WITHOUT ANY EXTRA COST .

IF IT IS NOT FULFILLED I WILL DEFINITELY GO FOR THE NEXT LEVEL

I HAVE DONE REGULAR SERVICES AT THE HERO SHOWROOM ONLY

ITS IN WARRANTY
