In spite of assurance from Samsung Representative Mr. Muneesh Kumar that my Regregerator Door will be replaced free of cost No person has visited my home. One Mr. Lovekesh from Samsung - Gurgaon office got in touch with me and said that the company will bear 50% cost and rest I have to bear. Why should I bear for no fault of Mine. the issue is with the Lock of the door handle. Unfortunately the other side of the lock is inside the door as a result the entire door needs to be replaced. Its a product default as per Service engineer of Samsung. Also the Service Engineer had tampered the door handle (Pic Attached)

Kindly treat the matter on urgent basis & help me in getting my Refrigerator front panel along with the door replaced FREE OF COST as I am tired of writing to them & after giving assurance that my refrigerator door will be replaced free of cost I come to know that I have to pay 50% of the charge. I also have a recording of the call in which I had got a confirmation that I do not have to pay any amount & the door will be replaced free of cost. Please help me in getting my issue resolved
