Regarding service for a faulty product

I purchased a jbl150a earphone on eBay at 4th Dec 2016 and I receive a product on 6th Dec 2016.
I open a product and connect to my mobile phone and I found that when I connect these earphone to my mobile the mobile start misbehaving like touch is not work properly and app select automatically etc.
I raise a claim on eBay and ebay call me and said product is under manufacturer warranty we doesn't give any service plz talk to jbl customer care.
When I call jbl customer care they said seller is not authorized you doesn't get any warranty plz talk to eBay.
On ebay seller mentioned that he is authorized by jbl.
They don't give any service for product.
And service centre is far away from my homeplace.

What can I do now.
Plz help me for this.

    This is to notify that I have not received my MBA final year mark sheet from Vinayaka Missions University, Salem, Tamil Nadu.
    I have called the university many times. They are saying that they have due pending from the center and they cannot issue my Mark sheet until center clear the due. Also asked me to contact the center as I took admission from the center.
    Center name (Ananya Institute Mahavir Enclave, Delhi No. B455, Street No. 30, Part 2, Mahavir Enclave, Delhi - 110045
    Center is saying that they don't have any due from there end. Center is giving excuses and not helping me. I have completed my MBA in 2015 please do the needful as I don't know why university is not ready to issue my mark sheet if center has any due university should clear that with the center and should not create problem for students its some thing between university and center.
