I placed a order in fern&petals for rakhi through fern & petals customer care service employee named priyanka sitting in fern&petals gurgaon head office.she was very rude in behaviour.she send me invoice and payment scanner.i send the money by Google pay.i also mailed my bank account statement to her in which mentioned that 1000 rs deducted from my account for the fern&petals order.but she refused and said they have received no amount and also said the amount is stuck somewhere and ask me again for the payment from another mode of payment.
