I have Purchased Dining table, 6 Chairs and double bed from the above shopkeeper on 22/03/2021 against full payment for Rs 73000/- in advance. But shopkeeper supplied me detective furniture to my home and immediately at the time of receiving the furniture I send the complainant of defects with photo to the shopkeeper and shown to the delivery man also. Shopkeeper did not provide me bill of items sold by him. But all of them misbehaved with me. I have been cheated by the false commitments of shopkeeper. He should be punished as per applicable act of cheating, misbehaving and breach of trust. Should be fined for not providing GST bill and evading GST.
