Dereliction of committed job

I am appalled while writing to you per subject matter.



I, customer id100071077, mobile no 9818096434 had put up a service request on 15th Sep’20 for carrying out necessary modification /relocation of IGL pipelines to allow lift installation per DDA approval in our block A25-A32, Gangotri Apartments, Vikas Puri, New Delhi.



In response to this you had issued an advance notice dated 21st Sep’20 informing our society RWA that on 23rd Sep’20 the job will be carried out in our premises.



I am surprised till date no work has been done at the site in response to issued notice by you?



I request:



Explanation for this utter failure to complete the committed job
Depute your team on immediate basis to carry out the job.
