I bought a AO Water Heater from Croma Raja Garden near Gurdwara. Croma convinced me for warranty and extended warranty. Yesterday morning 17 Oct 2020 at 530 AM the water heater fell down. Fortunately as it was early morning, it didnt cause any casualty. It could have taken lives. The nut bolt used for installation was not sufficient. I have taken a video of it after it felt. I would like AO Smith and Croma to pay for the damages incured. It had also damaged by Pot also. Priyadarshinee.
