Mica Sheets starting bubbling up

We paste the sheets using fevicol hi-per(one of the best) on DURO board(again one of the best).
Now after 2-3 months, the sheets starting bubbling up from the board. Air bubbles are starting to appear. The whole lot of sheets are backing up from DURO board. Adhesive has been gone for testing. Now I want to claim this amount from this company which sell corrupted products.
This include the sheets cost, adhesive cost and labour cost which we have to pay again to get this fixed.
We bought Croma mica sheets from a wholesaler in Shahdara, Delhi market.
