Delaying the refund of security money for more than 6 months

Hi.I am Dr Uday.During the peak of pandemic in delhi in May-June 2020 I hired a car from zoomcar for 1 month as I was working in covid ICU and paid Rs 4999 as security and rest 15000 as monthly rent.I returned the car after 1 month but ZOOMCAR has been delaying the refund of security money for more than 6 months.They have not returned money of almost everyone and is still doing business as usual.It’s a big fraud.They have been giving false assurances from last 6 months that refund will be processed soon.Everyone has been complaining against them on social media but they just don’t care.Please take some action against them and ask them to return the money with interest.Thanking you in anticipation
