Bought AMC (₹10500) for my ro on 26/10/2019 for a period of two years. These guys promised periodic services. The ro has been serviced only once. I complained about this on 5/5/20 and a complaint no (A050515) was given stating that my ro will be serviced soon. Its been 2 months now and no guy came to service the ro. Customer service are daily postponing the service date stating that it will be done later tomorrow. Fraud company
