I booked a cab from Uber on 12/06/2017. DRIVER Called me and told me that his car is down and he can not come. He asked me to cancel the trip, but I asked him Pls u cancel it from your end and he did so. When I booked u bar again on 7/07/17, same thing happened cab didn't came, he continously disconnected my call. And I kept waiting in rain with a 3 yr old kid. Finally after 40 min another cab arrived and dropped me home. When I checked the meter it showed me unfair price of Rs238. When I questioned, he said you have a pending balance of 63.60 which is unfair. Cab driver cancelled it Bcz of its own car problem but Uber charged me. I have suffered alot on 07/07/17. Would request you if anyone can help.
