Hello,
On March 7th, I booked a cab from Ola with CRN601937447 from Okhla Phase 1 New Delhi to go to my home at Raju Park New Delhi. After booking I called the driver (Sukhdev Singh), he asked about drop location and when I said Raju Park, he denied to go there.
After two minutes, I called him again to confirm if he coming to pick or not, he asked me to cancel the ride and when I refused to cancel the ride from my end he abused me. He literally abused me with Maan Bahan.
After that, I called Ola Support and filed a case against the driver, and then after reaching home I emailed them the same complaint.
Ola executive called me back and assured me that they will take strict action against driver, also they promised to update me on the action taken against driver.
But, it is now 7 days after that and there is no update from Ola. I reminded them several times using phone and emails but no reply from them.
Now, I want you to take action against Ola, also, I want a suitable compensation from Ola.
