I had rented Tata Nano Twist XT from CarzonRent 2 times in the month of October and November 2014 with the following Booking IDs :
1st Original Booking : 24 Oct,2014 from Saket : 5729652
Renewal Booking : 31 Oct,2014 from Nehru Place : 5748932
2nd Original Booking : 12 Nov,2014 from Saket : 5784333
For each of these times I had a made a payment of Rs. 5000 as a refundable security deposit amounting to a total of Rs. 10,000/ -.
I had to follow up multiple times to get this refundable security amount back but only the amount for the second booking was refunded after much delay.
I want them to return my First Security Deposit along with interest and penalty.
