I recently taken a ride from OLA from Dilshad Garden, Delhi to Jhandewalan Delhi vide CRN676251860 and back vide CRN676382153.
As per state rules MCD/State Taxes only can be charged when I cross and border or take a ride from 1 state to another state. In this ride the ride was within delhi, but they charged MCD/State Taxes from me.
This is the repetetive problem in OLA many times i made complaint for this 2 times they reverse the amount also, but since the amount is not big i.e 100.00 i am not bothering to make complain again and again and spend too much time in call with them.
Since this is repetetive problem the same must be rectified.
