I am writing to you to raise an issue about Cab

The issue that I have experienced was: I lost my phone in the cab on Sunday 07-Feb-2021. Here are the details:

Driver Name: RAJEEV RANJAN
Prime Sedan - White Dzire Tour
Pickup: 10:54 PM: Karawal Nagar Road, C-1, Chand Bagh, Tukhmirpur, Delhi
Drop: 11:22 PM: 3701, Netaji Subhash Marg, Kucha Chalan, Khabas Pura, Daryaganj, New Delhi. Paid by cash ₹140
There are lots of personal and official data on my phone.


It occurred on 7/02/2021

I would like Ola Cabs to do this issue resolve as soon as possible.
And I can't check the driver details because everything is on my phone. So, I request that Ola should give me the driver's details and contact number so that I'll call him and get back my phone asap.

I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
