i missed my train

i missed my train from Delhi and i have stay one more day in Delhi Hotel to catch the next day train which i took on Taktkal. after rasing 7 support tickets they are not providing proper support and are returning onlt Rs 186. What about the loss that occurred because i missed my train. I had to book another ticket of Rs 3000 and another day stay in Delhi hotel. Please let me know why I am no eligible for my ticket amount refund when my ride was insured.

what is the point of Insuring the ride when the customer cant gets the benefits of the same?

even asking multiple times they are not providing my the escalation matrix as I still need to make the escalation to the higher ola authority regarding customer care service
