I books Uber for my mother for Karna Chauth Poonja, there was traffic jam on the route and throughout the route he continously verbally argued and harassed my mother and abused her and called her BLOODY STUPID WOMAN
He even told that UBER INDIA does not do anything against it's driver so I had no other option rather than filing compalin
